Registration and Enrollment Information

If you would like to request a registration packet and a Parent Handbook to learn more about our daycare and learning center, please follow the simple steps below.

1. Complete the information requested in the survey located on this page. (If you are viewing this website from a computer, the survey questions will be located on the right of your computer screen. If you are viewing this website from your phone, the survey questions will be located at the bottom of the Contact page. You may need to scroll down.)

2. Our Tiny Blessings team will receive your information and email you a registration packet and Parent Handbook. *Please note that filling in this information on the website will not register or enroll your child. This is only used to document who has requested and received a registration packet and Parent Handbook.

We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. You may also schedule a tour of our facility. You will have an opportunity to tour the building and meet our teachers and staff. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations.
